Shipping and Return Policy
Orders are processed and shipped every week from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please choose the appropriate shipping method during checkout. Orders generally ship within one business day of placing an order.
For instance, if you choose USPS First Class, you will receive your order within 2-5 business days. (We apologized for the inconvenience, but our orders are restricted to the USA only.) Please contact us if you have any questions about the shipment of your order.
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item shipped by ForaCare Inc. for any of the following reasons:
- -Item is in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
- -Item was received damaged or defective.
- -Incorrect item was shipped.
Returns must be authorized by ForaCare Inc. To do this, please call Customer Service at 1-888-307-8188 (Toll-Free Number) to discuss your product return request.
Upon approval, you’ll be provided with a return materials authorization (RMA) and once we’ve received and accepted your return, we’ll exchange your item, issue store credit or a refund (full refund minus shipping charges). We’ll also provide shipping reimbursement if your return is the result of our error. We apologize for the inconvenience caused, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
