Very simple, the order was lost and no one can help and they are happy as the have been paid. i am planning to file a hold payment to my credit card company.

The testing results are too high. Even your own control solution shows higher results than the concentration it should be. Very disappointed.

Why do other companies charge 2-3X more? Fora makes great products that work well for less cost = tremendous VALUE. One small note: My lancing device did break after a couple dozen uses. But I reached out to customer support, and they shipped a new one to me. Painless. Thanks for making great products. Keep up the great work. Specific to this product: works as advertised. It really does read your lactate levels accurately and QUICKLY. I'm glad I made the purchase.

This is much nicer of a monitor than I expected, and I'm surprised it is not more popular. I am using it to ensure when I my goal is to do Zone2 exercise I keep my blood lactate level between 1.7 and 1.9. It's working great for that. The app is okay and allows me to add notes to my lactate readings. I like that it talks to me and can record in the app. My only concern is that lactate strips are now out of stock. I hope they come and are reasonably priced.
