Cable works good, but it's an obsolete technology
It's the glucometer fault because it's an obsolete technology. Given for free with a Medicare advantage insurance, the company doesn't get into consideration that with the advent of smartphones, tablets and Bluetooth technologies, each day fewer people own computers so it's imperative these devices use Bluetooth to transfer data to phones and tablets. Also, most of Medicare recipients are elder people and lacks skills to work with computers.
There are more advantages to use equipments with Bluetooth and cellular phones apps.
