Very nice equipment

I was going to say very good equipment for the money but it works very well the price is just a bonus. My insurance doesn't cover testing equipment for diabetes so 6.99 for 50 strips is wonderful

My memory recollection is, that Dr Ben Bikman said keytones of .3 are ketosis. The higher numbers are impressive but ketosis is ketosis. I'm not focusing on long hours of fasting this time around on the ketovore diet. I'm losing 1/2 - 3/4 lb per day as it is. The fasting glucose numbers are most important to me. I'm aiming for south of 100. Generally, I'm 88-96 most mornings.. The foracare apparatus is a great tool to have. I only wish the strips were not so expensive.

Excellent ketone strips

These strips are excellent. They require only a small sample of blood and can withstand temperature changes. They are recommended by Dr. Annette Bosworth especially because of their ability to withstand the temperature changes which is not a feature of other brands that she has tried. It is the only brand I have purchased and I’m happy with the product and have purchased the strips multiple times.

Great product! I have not had any troubles with them at all, it always works on the first try! I even set my blood lancet device to the first (smallest) setting which is great because its plenty for this product! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
