Recently placed an order for several items, and unfortunately, one of the items was accidentally missed during packing. However, the way a company handles a mistake is what truly sets them apart. I called Foracare and spoke with Jonathan Hamilton in the Customer and Sales Support department. I cannot say enough good things about him! He was incredibly helpful, got everything straightened out immediately, and had my missing item shipped out to me ASAP. Fantastic customer service like this is rare these days. Props to Jonathan and the Foracare team for turning a minor issue into a flawless experience. Five stars all the way!
These Fora people are incredible! I had trouble with my tester, and they totally went out of their way to completely fix the problem! I love my new advance voice meter! It puts a smile on my face every time I turn it on and it plays a cute little tune :) Very Accurate readings also! I'm a Very happy customer, glad I can test my Lactate acid levels with this meter which can help me make sure my Kidneys are working properly on new medications and supplements! I LOVE FORA! :)

I like this meter because it sends my results to the Fora app on my phone. I can then track my monthly cholesterol tests.
I use these to help monitor my total cholesterol between my bloodwork tests. They have helped me to keep my cholesterol in a healthy range.

Cable works good, but it's an obsolete technology
It's the glucometer fault because it's an obsolete technology. Given for free with a Medicare advantage insurance, the company doesn't get into consideration that with the advent of smartphones, tablets and Bluetooth technologies, each day fewer people own computers so it's imperative these devices use Bluetooth to transfer data to phones and tablets. Also, most of Medicare recipients are elder people and lacks skills to work with computers.
There are more advantages to use equipments with Bluetooth and cellular phones apps.
